Frequently Asked Questions
How much does a voice over cost?
Prices start at €25 for the Basic package (up to 150 words) and go up to €110 for Premium (up to 500 words) — use the calculator in the Pricing section above for an exact estimate based on your script and any add-ons. Need translation first? See the Translate & Localize section instead.
How fast can I get my recording?
Standard delivery is 2 business days for the Basic and Standard packages, or 1 day with Premium. Need it sooner? Extra Fast Delivery and 1-Hour Rush Delivery add-ons are available at checkout.
What if I'm not happy with the recording — can I request changes?
Yes. Every tier includes at least one round of revisions at no extra cost — Standard and Premium include two — as long as the request stays within the original script and brief.
What can I actually use the recording for?
It depends on your tier: personal/internal use only (Basic), a one-year commercial use license (Standard), or full broadcast rights (Premium). Need more than your tier includes? I can quote an extended license separately.
Do your prices include VAT?
Prices are shown excluding VAT. Whether VAT applies depends on where you're based — no VAT for Slovenia or for individuals elsewhere in the EU, 22% VAT for EU businesses outside Slovenia and for anyone outside the EU.
What file format will I receive?
Recordings are delivered in WAV by default — happy to provide another format (e.g. MP3) if that works better for your project.
Do you offer voice-over in languages other than Slovenian?
I record voice-over in Slovenian only. I also offer translation and localisation services from Italian or English into Slovenian — see the Translate & Localize section above, or send an enquiry with your project details.
Is my script kept confidential?
Yes — your script and project details are never shared, reused, or redistributed without your permission.
How do I pay, and when?
I accept bank transfer (IBAN), PayPal, a secure card payment link (via Stripe), or a traditional invoice sent by email. Full payment is due before recording begins, once you've confirmed your quote.
