Each package covers individual AI responses up to 150 words — including single turns in a longer conversation.
Ongoing QA: €35/hour, for recurring evaluation. Projects involving complex conversations, specialised terminology, large individual responses or custom evaluation criteria are quoted separately.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much does an evaluation cost?
Packages start at €95 for Quick AI Language QA and go up to €395+ for Extended/Custom QA — see the Packages section above for what each one covers. Ongoing QA is billed at €35/hour.
How long does an evaluation take?
Turnaround depends on the package and current workload — confirmed when I get back to you after reviewing your samples, before any payment is required.
Is my AI's output kept confidential?
Yes — any AI outputs, transcripts, or samples you share with me are used only to complete your evaluation, and are never shared, reused, or redistributed without your permission.
What if my project doesn't fit one of the packages?
Larger datasets, conversational AI at scale, or custom evaluation criteria fall under Extended/Custom QA — get in touch and I'll scope it directly.
Do your prices include VAT?
Prices are shown excluding VAT. Whether VAT applies depends on where you're based — no VAT for Slovenia or for individuals elsewhere in the EU, 22% VAT for EU businesses outside Slovenia and for anyone outside the EU.
How do I pay, and when?
I accept bank transfer (IBAN), PayPal, a secure card payment link (via Stripe), or a traditional invoice sent by email. Full payment is due before I begin the evaluation, once you've confirmed the scope.
