Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to voice over services provided by Beta Peter Bajnoci s.p., Vrhpolje 75a, SI-5271 Vipava, Slovenia (VAT no. 12692301). Thank you for considering my voice over services. To keep things clear and simple for both of us, here's how I work.
1. Getting started
You can send me your script directly through the contact form, or reach out first to discuss your project. Once I have your script and requirements, I'll reply within 24 hours with a fixed quote based on word count and your selected tier.
2. Payment
Accepted methods: Bank transfer (IBAN), PayPal, a secure card payment link (via Stripe), or a traditional invoice sent by email.
When payment is due: Full payment is required before recording begins, once you've confirmed the quote.
Invoicing: Every order is invoiced through my registered business, Beta Peter Bajnoci s.p. (VAT no. 12692301), with VAT (when applicable) and business details included — no informal transactions.
New client discount: First-time clients receive 15% off their first order, on any pricing tier. Just mention that you're a new client when you get in touch, and the discount will be applied to your quote.
VAT: Prices shown exclude VAT. Whether VAT is added depends on where you're based:
- Slovenia (individuals and businesses): no VAT.
- Rest of the EU, individual customers: no VAT.
- Rest of the EU, business customers: 22% VAT applies.
- Outside the EU (individuals and businesses): 22% VAT applies.
3. Delivery & revisions
Turnaround time depends on your selected tier (see Pricing).
Every tier includes at least 1 round of revisions at no extra cost — Standard and Premium include 2 — provided the request stays within the original script and brief. Revisions beyond the included amount, or changes to the original script, are quoted separately.
4. Usage rights & licensing
The license included with your order matches the tier you purchase: personal/internal use only (Basic), a one-year commercial use license (Standard), or full broadcast rights (Premium), as described in the Pricing section. Usage beyond what's included in your tier — for example, broadcasting a recording licensed only for internal use — may require an additional licensing fee. Happy to quote this separately if needed.
5. Cancellations
If you need to cancel before recording has started, you'll receive a full refund. If recording has already begun or been completed, the work delivered up to that point will be invoiced accordingly.
6. Confidentiality
Your script and project details are kept confidential and are not shared, reused, or redistributed without your permission.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia.
